Sunshine Artist 200 Best

Celebrating the 200 Best shows of the past 10 years: 2010 to 2020.

Artists and craftspeople are typically asked to cast their votes each April for the 200 Best shows list. They may list up to 10 shows they attended the previous year where they grossed the highest sales.

Due to the pandemic’s effect on the industry, Sunshine Artist decided to look at the last decade. “We know the importance of giving honor where honor is due, and that is where the 200 Best of the past 10 years came from,” said Publisher Diana Jones.

Sunshine Artist Celebrates 50 Years

Sunshine Artist is grateful to have been around for half-a-century. Owner and Publisher Diana Jones shares, “We are excited that we can continue supporting this industry in a down-turn and we are confident that in 2021-2022 fine art and craft fairs will make a comeback. With summer on the horizon, vaccine distribution across the United States moving quickly, there is a lot of hope.”

As a brand, we will continue to offer both the print publication, as well as the content on our website. SA is now the only event listing magazine left in the industry for those that prefer receiving a printed copy in the mail. We are working hard to increase the number of listed events we publish, more show reviews (State Reports) as shows start happening again, and articles that meet the needs of the show-going artist. We also share insights on how the industry is changing and how we can adjust.
