Q-FEST is a celebration of the arts (visual and musical) & culture in Quincy, Illinois featuring a juried art exhibition and sale. We are pleased to welcome Fine & Fresh art where artists and makers representing both fine and curated handmade art are welcome. Q-FEST takes place the fourth weekend in June in historic downtown Washington Park.
