The 38th Annual ART BY THE FALLS outdoor fine arts and contemporary crafts festival is presented by the VALLEY ART CENTER in Chagrin Falls, OH. In previous years, the event drew thousands of patrons to the banks of the Chagrin River. An ideal setting for an outdoor festival, right in the heart of the charming village's Main Street which overlooks two waterfalls and hosts a wealth of fine shops, galleries and restaurants.
