Dallas Festival of the Arts
The Dallas Festival of the Arts at Kidd Springs Park is located in the Kidd Springs neighborhood of Dallas, which is near Oak Cliff, Kessler Park, and the Bishop Arts neighborhoods.
This is a two-day outdoor local art and crafts event held on November 15-16, 2025. This will be our first in the Kidd Springs Park neighborhood but with proven success at Turtle Creek Arts Festival, we are certain it will become one of the biggest events of the year. Located in the beautiful area of Kidd Springs Park which is one of the oldest parks (70 years) in the Dallas region and is complete with a lake, pool, softball field, and butterfly garden. Nestled among lots of trees, huge open green space, a wonderful duck pond, and tons of visibility make this an irresistible event for artists during a fall weekend.
The Dallas Festival of the Arts is an event with an emphasis on the visual arts. Located in the Kidd Spring Park neighborhood of Dallas, we set out with many different goals in mind:
1) Give back to the community through art;
2) Create a venue that emphasizes local and Texas artists, so they have a show they can depend on in their own backyard;
3) Bring a festival to the folks who enjoy creative minds and arts;
4) Create a festival for Artists by Artists, letting the artist have a voice in the creation and operations of the festival;
5) Create a show unlike any other in the City of Dallas, bringing together outstanding local, regional and national artists.
The Kidd Springs, along with Oak Cliff, Kessler Park, and the Bishop Arts area is a vibrant area experiencing new growth with one of the largest and most enthusiastic art buying communities in the Dallas area. This event will feature fine painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metal craft persons, glass blowers, jewelers, and more!
The Festival will also offer visitors the opportunity to view artist demonstrations, enjoy live entertainment, participate in hands-on art activities, and enjoy festival foods and beverages.
Festival hours are 11/15/2025 10:00am-5:00pm and 11/16/2025 11:00am-5:00pm
