Marietta Art in the Park
The award winning Marietta Art in the Park Festival, a premier Labor Day tradition is celebrating 40 years and is widely acclaimed as one of the best fine art shows in metro Atlanta featuring 200+ local and national fine artists in the Artist Market. The three day festival also includes the Chalk Spot – a street chalk art display, the Children’s Art Alley with loads of free make and take art stations, acoustic music in the gazebo and plenty of local history all within walking distance to the festival. It is a Sunshine Artist Magazine Top 200 event since 2018 and a Top event for 2010 – 2020. Marietta Art in the Park is located in the spacious and historic Glover Park on the Marietta Square and consistently ranks as a community favorite, with an estimated attendance of 50,000 patrons.
Artists amenities include easy drive up load/unload on either Friday night or Saturday morning, free designated artist parking (overnight stay is available), 24/7 security, booth sitters, professional promoter on site, over 150 corner booths (no extra charge), adequate space for storage, artist links posted on the festival website, extensive PR and marketing, continental breakfast, discounted hotel rates and convenient parking for patrons. Plans are underway to celebrate our 40th year in a BIG way.
The Marietta Square is one of the top destination spots in Georgia and has been voted the best place to live/work/play featuring restaurants, boutiques, quaint shops, museums and ample parking. Its thriving community strongly supports the arts and features many art galleries within walking distance to the festival.
