Ballyhoo Festival

The BallyhooFestival of Fine Art and Culture is located in the Gulf State Park of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Kick-off festival season with Ballyhoo! This is a juried fine art and fine craft festival. We present the culture of indigenous people on the first day of our event with performances by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. They provide historical narrative and original tribal dance in ceremonial regalia.On the second day of the festival the cultural focus is on Early American Appalachian music in the form of a Fiddle/Banjo Competition. Enjoy fine art from all across the United States, the culture, local seafood, great bands, children's art and art demonstrations.
