Join us in Blackburn Park for this extravaganza of the visual arts, live entertainment, a sprawling Kidz Zone and lots of tasty festival cuisine and beverages. Hosted by the City of Brookhaven, Splash Festivals produces the colorful artist market and lively Kidz Zone for this annual celebration of springtime in the city.
