The one-day Marion Arts Festival takes place in a state-designated Cultural and Entertainment District. All the artists who reviewed 2024’s festival said they would exhibit in it again. 

One sculpture artist made $4,500 at the festival and described it as “wonderfully organized,” with a sponsoring organization that treats the artists well. 

An artist whose medium was painting reported sales of $6,000 and said it was a good, one-day show, with easy in and out, great sales, and a low cost. 

A wood artist had $5,200 in sales. 

While a fiber/textile/leather artist did not say how much was made, the artist said it was an “excellent show all around.” 

It was also a good show for another fiber/textile/leather artist. This one made $4,800 and said the show was well-organized. 

A ceramicist who had $3,600 in sales said it was well-run and well-attended, with interested customers. Communication was great, setup and takedown were easy, and there was a lot of attention paid to the artists, this artist noted.
